When we wanted children and couldn't have them, or haven't had them yet, we can find ourselves labelled - or we can give ourselves labels - to describe our experience. In this episode we explore what labels are good for and what they're not, and how labels can fall away once we get a sense of who and what we really are, beyond the labels.
